You could have turf delivered, or pick up yourself from the farm.

You can lay it your self, or we can do it for you.

We could do the whole job if you like- organise the bobcat and soil, pebbles and mulch, turf and gardens with plants and edging.

Currently the local area is under Medium Level Water Restrictions, which allows for town water to be used on newly established lawns and gardens under regulations set down by the Queensland Water Commission. Look for section 2.2 on page 7. The restrictions do not apply to your water in your own water tank, or purchased recycled water.
