Durban Sweet Smother Grass
Sweet Smother (Dactyloctenium australe) is the best grass in South East Queensland for shade tolerance, and will survive in areas that receive as little as 3 hours of sunlight per day. The leaves and stems are very soft and are broad. However it does not withstand frost or high wear areas . Colour is an attractive deep green. Specialty grass and priced accordingly.
